Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
To our valued customers, we wish to advise you of the following:
For normal bookings we may request a deposit of the first nights accommodation charge.
This deposit is refundable less a 10% administration charge, if you cancel your booking by giving at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel your booking by giving less than 24 hours notice, this deposit is not refundable.
For Picnic Races and Roma Cup, we do require a deposit of Two Nights accommodation charge.
For Easter, we do require a deposit of One Night's accommodation charge.
This deposit is refundable less a 10% administration charge, if you cancel your booking by giving at least 14 days notice. If you cancel your booking by giving less than 14 days notice, this deposit is not refundable.
